Q. How do I buy a registration key for iQcontacts?Click the BUY NOW button in the top right hand corner of the screen. Q. How do I enter my registration key into iQcontacts?Run iQcontacts, if you see the Expiration Screen, tap the I have a key button,
enter your key, and tap the Register button. Q. The program won't accept my registration key.The registration key is based on your User Name, which is case sensitive, spaces and periods count too. If you entered the wrong User Name, please send an e-mail
to: support@iqcontacts.com Q. How do I find my User Name (Hotsync ID)?Tap the HotSync icon on your Palm. Q. I do not have a User Name, what do I do?You need to Hotsync your Palm to a Desktop computer.
The first time you HotSync, you will be asked to choose a User Name
for your Palm. Q. My User Name has changed, what do I do?Your license is for a single User Name only. Changing
your User Name requires you to purchase a new key. At our discretion,
we may provide you with a new key for a discounted price. Q. I paid for a registration key, but did not get an e-mail, what do I do?If you ordered through the Penticon eCommerce, the registration
e-mail was sent from: SW-Orders@penticon.com. Please check your SPAM
for this e-mail. Q. I forgot my Login e-mail address for the Penticon eCommerce web site, what do I do?Send an e-mail to: support@iqcontacts.com with your full name, and any e-mail address you might have used in the past. Q. I forgot my password for the Penticon eCommerce web site, what do I do?
